Athletes will discover how to improve flexibility, balance, strength, and mental focus through dynamic yoga poses and breathing techniques. No prior yoga experience is required, as each posture offers multiple options and modifications to ensure a deep stretch that suits your body. The poses focus on enhancing flexibility and range of motion, strengthening key muscle groups, cultivating mindfulness and body awareness, and providing guidance on creating a personalized yoga routine to complement your training regimen.

Lade is a former Division 1 athlete whose experience with physical ailments led her to yoga, where she discovered significant benefits. This inspired her to pursue yoga certification. With over 500 hours of training and experience teaching thousands of students, she is passionate about sharing yoga with current and former athletes as a way to maintain and sustain optimal health.

With all package purchases, please note the expiration date. All workshop packages will be forfeited if workshop is cancelled less than 8 hrs prior to the start of the workshop. If cancelled more than 8 hours in advance a workshop credit will be applied to your account. All package purchases are non-refundable.
