YinYasa and Yoga Nidra with Tiffany Dinwiddie

In the spirit of the holiday season Tiffany has connected with Kids Voice of Indiana, a non-profit child advocacy organization whose mission is to amplify the voice of children and youth in the legal system to improve individual outcomes and inspire system wide advances.

If able please bring an unwrapped toy, ages newborn – teen, or consider sponsoring a child for the holidays or donating to Kids Voice. A QR code for sponsorship/donations will be available before/after class. https://www.kidsvoicein.org

Join Tiffany for a 75-minute rejuvenating Yoga journey. Class will begin with a slow but spirited Vinyasa Flow. To keep tradition, sequences will be built together with time allotted for students to flow on their own and tap into their personal experience.

As we transition into Yin yoga, we’ll embrace holding several poses for longer durations to cultivate deep release and introspection. This meditative practice invites you to release, allowing the body to open and relax deeply.

We will conclude with a restful session of Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation that promotes profound relaxation and alleviates stress. This practice will help you tap into a state of conscious awareness, allowing you to set intentions and cultivate a sense of inner peace.

Whether you’re seeking to energize your body or unwind your mind as the holiday season approaches, this class offers the perfect balance. Come ready to flow, stretch, and relax into a state of bliss.
