Our bodies are the container for all our experiences, and when we are grieving, we can feel
overwhelmed and vulnerable. Our grief often comes in waves, contracting, and expanding from moment to moment. Our emotional and physical bodies are doing the best that they can under the weight of grief, but if we invite in awareness and compassion, we can begin to create space for healing. Please join Angela and Lade for a candlelit yoga practice of reflective meditation, breathwork, and gentle movement to support you through your grief journey, which can intensify during the holiday season. All forms of loss will be honored.
